Bootleg Chocolates

Run by the mother-daughter team of Daphne and Amanda Ormerod and founded in 2010, Bootleg Chocolates is perfect for visitors with a sweet tooth. Their chocolatiers use European chocolate and add a twist with local ingredients and recipes to create unique island-inspired chocolates to entice guests.

The Bahamian Sea Salt & Hibiscus caramel and Goat pepper & Balsamic caramel are a must and can be enjoyed alongside an organic, fresh roasted espresso drink or; stay cool with one of their popular homemade ice cream sandwiches dipped in chocolate. Some of their other unique flavors are black tea & ginger, gully wash (gin and coconut), guava duff (guava with rum sauce), key lime caramel and vanilla bean & rum.
