When guests dine at Flying Fish, they are offered freshly caught seafood and other local ingredients prepared with care and creativity. A three course dinner includes a starter, entree, and dessert. Grilled calimari is their signature appetizer, and guests love the 72 hour bees short ribs. Wine pairings are suggested with each meal.

The intelligent, modernly eclectic and seasonal menu designed by Co-Founder and Chef Tim Tibbitts features sea-to-table fare made with locally sourced ingredients that are available in abundance. The seasonally-inspired cuisine is accompanied by exclusive wines and handcrafted cocktails that are carefully selected by Co-Founder Rebecca Tibbitts, the only certified female sommelier in the Bahamas.

Flying Fish Modern Seafood is a grill where they proudly serve their take on Caribbean cuisine. The style of dining and service here is considered to be informal. They are open for business during both dinner and lunch, so make time to stop by; you could find a new favorite food.

Considering the passably grand stretch of the restaurant, tourists can expect to avoid long delays during high-volume times. Additionally, this makes for a wonderful restaurant if you and your group are arriving with a large party.

Flying Fish features modern decor: polished hard wood floors, minimalist decorations, and furniture in staunch blacks and whites and clean lines. Attention is paid to every detail from the Austrian crystal wine glasses to the custom-forged cutlery designed by Chef Tim Tibbitts himself, offering guests luxury in a relaxed atmosphere.
