This humble beach stretches along the coast, not calling much attention to itself. Despite that, it has become very popular among the visitors of the nearby area.

Located on the edge of Freeport, four miles east of the "downtown" area, Taino Beach is on the South West edge of Grand Bahama Island. You should consider stopping by regardless of whether you're staying nearby. Though you'll make many choices while on vacation, choosing a beach that suits your family could be one of the most important. Before you arrive, consider some of The Bahamas' most interesting options, like Taino Beach.

Amenities and Ambiance

Other than one section that has a pier and some chairs, Taino Beach is free of development and is generally free of any crowds that other nearby beaches tend to have.

Unfortunately, restrooms will not be available here, so those of you traveling with small children may want to consider another spot. Luckily, visitors can access lounge chairs at this location.

Though, you should be sensitive to the fact that even if there fortunately are some amenities and services for you to enjoy if you go to Taino Beach, it is found within an area popular among tourist. This means that if you think the amenities influence your decision, it'll be a smart cause to make it earlier in the day prior to when the other tourists come or perhaps go to a different beach away from the major areas. Otherwise, you may be unable to use all the services which Taino Beach has for its guests.
