Food

Start the day with steak and eggs, an omelette, or one of their traditional

Bahamian breakfasts featuring chicken souse (tasty chicken wings, potatoes and onions, served with Johnny Cake and yellow or white grits) or your choice of stewed conch, tuna salad and grits, or fresh local fish that has been boiled or stewed.

The Lunch menu features their signature Angus burger, served with sauteed onions and mushrooms, melted cheese, lettuce and tomatoes as well as several sandwich options, and a half dozen different salads. If you're in the mood for something a bit more elaborate, you will find a selection of vegetarian dishes, as well as grilled or fried pork chops, chicken and fries, or fresh grouper.

The dinner menu is even more elaborate and varied. Start with your selection from an array of interesting appetizers, including lobster mac and cheese, conch bites, and shrimp cocktail. Then enjoy a classic Caesar salad or the freshly prepared soup of the day. Choose from a wide selection of entrees. Seafood selections include shrimp and grits, steamed conch, a seafood platter, and grilled salmon. There are several steak options, including surf and turf, and other pasta options, including a seafood pasta and an Alfredo pasta.
