Flamingo Divers

A PADI 5-Star Gold Palm facility Flamingo Divers works with small groups to ensure personalized service with every excursion. Over 80 percent of their clientele is return customers and those who visit thanks to recommendations from guests who have previously dived with them.

Cost and Offerings

Dive trips leave at 8:30 a.m. with no more than eight divers on the boat. Snacks and drinks are served during the surface interval as you travel from one dive site to the next.

With Flamingo Divers, a two tank dive is $140(USD), which includes weights and weight belt, tanks, towels, snacks and drinks on the boat, and hotel transfers. Private charters are also available if you're traveling in a large group or want to spend some extra time sailing around the area for some snorkeling.

Not anyone can just get in the water and dive. It takes some amount of training beginning with the Resort Discover Scuba Course for $225(USD) the progressing to Scuba Divers and Junior Open Water. Each of these two includes a two tank dive in addition to your training for $160(USD).

After the initial beginning courses, you can advance with an Open Water Certification for $725 (or referral dives for $595), and Advanced Open Water for $240(USD).

What to Expect

Flamingo Spirit is a 28 foot Delta with a diesel engine and a cruising speed of 24 miles per hour.
