One of only two natural reservoirs in Puerto Rico, Laguna Joyuda is a popular spot for fishing and birding.
Laguna Joyuda is found on the western side of the island of Puerto Rico, 3.7 miles north-northwest of Cabo Rojo; it's to the south-southwest of Mayagüez.
If you work up an appetite wandering around this lagoon, don't worry -- you're going to find a wide variety of food offerings in the vicinity.
