Although this beach has rough currents and signs posted by the DRNA that states that swimming prohibited, it is still a great out-of-the-way locale to enjoy some beautiful scenery on the shore.
Located in the vicinity of Fajardo, Playa Colora is on the North East edge of Puerto Rico. You should think about stopping by whether or not you are staying in the vicinity. Playa Colora tourists seeking further attractions will want to consider checking out Fajardo, since it's not far away and is a particularly busy area of Puerto Rico. From the beach, Fajardo is not far away, maybe three miles (five kilometers).
