Roosevelt Roads Beach

Located only across the bay from he main Naval Station on Puerto Rico, Roosevelt is known mainly as a good place to try to catch a glimpse of some large Navy ships. Other than that however, there is not much at Roosevelt Beach. It is located on Navy property though, so you may want to call ahead to make sure that the base is open to the public when you plan on coming.

Located on the eastern side of the island of Puerto Rico, near Ceiba, You should think about stopping by even if you aren't staying nearby. Puerto Rico's beaches are pretty busy for the most part, however, Roosevelt Roads Beach is tamer than most, making it a good choice for travelers who'd prefer to stay out of the busiest areas.
