Located plenty away from the big Puerto Rican cities, Rosado Beach is still located in a small community that creates a nice mix of remoteness and convenience. The wide arching beach provides a great opportunity for sun bathing and fun in the sun, while the buoyed off swimming area offers a safe place for people of all ages to enjoy the water.
Located on the southwestern coast of the island of Puerto Rico, You should consider stopping by regardless of whether you are staying nearby. There aren't many beaches in Puerto Rico like Rosado Beach; it's well-equipped with nearby activity, but surprisingly, it's never too crowded. If you'd rather socialize than take a nap on a completely empty beach, but don't want to fight for a spot on the sand, this beach offers a nice middle ground.
While the beach is still located inside a community, a wall of trees does help block out some of the buildings and the road. However, even if the trees did not, the area is no San Juan, and is quiet enough not to disturb anyone napping on the beach.
Unfortunately, you won't find any public restrooms along this coastline.
