Seven Seas Beach

Seven Seas Beach is a popular beach for snorkeling around the coral reefs, water sports, and camping in the sand (with a permit). Several nearby islets provide even more opportunities for fantastic snorkeling and local hotels and tour operators give guided land tours.

Located in Las Croabas, Seven Seas Beach is on the East coast of Puerto Rico. You might want even if you aren't staying nearby. Visitors should keep in mind that, while Seven Seas Beach is by no means quiet and secluded, you wouldn't necessarily call it a busy beach either. This makes it a good option for those of you who want to enjoy a beach with mild activity but wish to stay away from the most populated spots.

Amenities and Ambiance

Seven Seas Beach is a white sand public beach located near the town of Fajardo. The clear shallow water is teeming with vibrant tropical fish and coral reefs and is protected by offshore reefs. Trade winds blow across the water.

If you're suddenly hungry or thirsty, the concession stand at Seven Seas Beach is the ultimate convenience. Depending on the season and time of day, you may also be able to try local specialties from one of the local vendors who are typically found at this location.

Perhaps the most convenient amenity here: picnic tables.

You will be able to use a public restroom at Seven Seas Beach. Showers are provided for visitors, so you don't have to go back to your hotel sandy. This beach draws locals and tourists to is sandy white shores and there's usually always somebody around, even campers at night.

Seven Seas Beach with its choice of amenities and services will be located inside a relatively urbanized region. If you are no fan of busy beaches, there is an appropriate motivator to make plans to beat all the other tourists, for example coming earlier when it is a little cooler. Otherwise, you might not be able to take advantage of all those comforts that the beach has for its guests.

This spot is on the East coast of Puerto Rico; the area is home to other attractions such as El Conquistador Resort & Country Club, which is less than a mile away.

Historical attractions such as Fuerte San Geronimo provide a nice compliment to the scenery of Seven Seas Beach, and allow visitors to learn more about Puerto Rico, without having to leave the coast. In fact, this site can be found within driving distance from this site of historical significance.

Seven Seas Beach is near Fajardo, so a trip into the city is a definite option. Seven Seas Beach tourists looking for additional places to explore might want to think about going to Fajardo, since it's not far away and is an area full of activity. From the coast, Fajardo isn't far off, roughly two and a half miles (four and a half kilometers).


The number of other people sharing spots in the sand can vary widely, depending on everything from the time of day to how packed the nearby hotels are. At this beach, you can expect to see a fair amount of other guests who are staying close by.
