Indicators Beach is located on the western tip of Puerto Rico, just south of Lighthouse Park. This beach has rough waters that make it less than ideal for swimmers, but surfing and beach combing are popular pastimes here.
Positioned on the island of Puerto Rico, 2.4 miles northwest of Rincón, You should think about stopping by regardless of whether you are staying nearby. It's often said that Indicators is the ideal location for escaping over-crowded hangouts in the town proper. Many of the other beaches in Puerto Rico may be just as beautiful, but tend to be more crowded since they're right in the thick of tourists' favorite hangouts.
Park at Lighthouse Park and walk down a trail to get to Indicators Beach.
Indicators is fringed with spiky palm trees and has a rocky coastline that can make the beach seem uninviting. Still, the tan colored sand is soft and the waters are aquamarine, making it a beauty you won't want to miss seeing.
Please note that public restrooms are not available, so if you're visiting with small children you might want to consider a different location.
Since Indicators can be found in a relatively urbanized region, many try to show up early.
