Road Town is already a popular destination in the British Virgin Islands, and when you add in the fact that local waters are perfect for snorkeling and scuba diving, you draw in an even bigger crowd. Those who have already obtained certification can dive right in, and those who haven't already done so can sign up for an introductory course which will still allow them to dive in local waters so long as they are 40 feet deep or less.
