Spices Restaurant

Positioned in Muirton, just outside the heart of Rodney Bay, Spices Restaurant is on the premises of Bay Gardens Hotel. Lovely, mild seafood and Fusion flair are made for each other at this unique place.

There are a la carte lunch and dinner menus available but there is also a three-course, prix fix Farm to Table menu featuring island dishes.

Some of the entrees on the prix fix menu are herb and pumpkin seed crusted snapper tower, fisherman's tea, bean ratatouille, down town style pepper pot, citrus chicken and bay garden big spiced burger. There is a vegetarian entree option with wild mushroom and green pea pesto.

TAO Restaurant

Situated 1.5 miles north of Gros Islet, TAO Restaurant is a good choice for vacationers who are going to spend some time exploring the island. It is 2.3 miles north of Rodney Bay. If you have a taste to combine Fusion goodies with Pan Asian / Pacific Rim panache, this place is selling both.

The restaurant overlooks Cariblue Beach, and outdoor seating promises a delightful and relaxing view of the sandy shores and tropic that is Cap Estate.

Kai Manje

Kai Manje, which is part of Ti Kaye Resort & Spa, can be found in Ti Kaye, a neighborhood on Saint Lucia; 1.7 miles to the south west of Anse La Raye. This place has high standards and a beautiful decor, which means those vacationers who want to pair this experience with Fusion food won't want to miss it.

What most people love about Kai Manje is that fresh is best here. They use local, fresh products as often as possible, and even produce many of the herbs and spices used to flavor the food that are plucked from the on-site garden.

Barnacles, part of Pigeon Island National Landmark, is located 1.1 miles northwest of Gros Islet; it is 1.9 miles to the northwest of Rodney Bay. This local establishment isn't merely Fusion cuisine and appetizers, but here they're also fawned-over for another favorite, fish and chips.

Offering fresh seafood, such as curried crab, octopus, and lobster, guests can enjoy the fruits of the sea while seated with a great ocean view. Gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options are offered as well.
