Now set on the grounds of one of Jamaica's most popular resorts, the Rose Hall Plantation attractions is whittled down to the infamous Rose Hall Great House.

The story goes that after 50 years of Rose Hall being in the Palmer family, John Rose Palmer and his new wife Anne, took over occupancy of the residence; but Annie had a dark secret: she was a witch! Annie and her alleged black magic would lead to his death as well as the death of two more husbands and too many lovers to name, sticking her with the nick name of the White Witch of Rose Hall. Still today, people claim that she haunts the great house.

Rose Hall has capitalized on the captivating tale of the "White Witch" by hosting haunted tours within the house, sharing with visitors Annie's story and walking them through the house to view the historic furnishings with hopes that Annie will make an appearance. Each tour ends with a trip to the dungeon, which now serves as a pub that sells a rum cocktail called Witches Brew.

In addition to the tours, you can also book the entire property for an event. Just make sure to call well in ahead if you plan on booking an event here.
