If you'd like to go diving, you might want to contact Dive Dominica. Dive Dominica focuses on their scuba diving tours, but are also known for their whale watching tours as well. Their dive offerings are PADI certification for beginner and intermediate divers, boat diving and night diving. They are located in Roseau.
Another good option is Fort Young Hotel Diving. In 2011, Fort Young Hotel added the option of purchasing a scuba diving package to their list of hotel offerings. This has allowed visitors to purchase accommodations, some of dining and many of Fort Young's amazing activities all in one clean swoop. They can be reached at (800) 581-2034.
A third option is Waitukubuli Adventure Tour Co.. Their snorkeling trips take guests to a number of hidden spots along the coat including Elephant Butt, Secret Bay, and Champagne Reef. They're located in downtown Roseau.
