Docking

Just east is Discovery Bay where you'll find an official port of entry. As you approach Discovery Bay, fly your "Q" flag, and be prepared to submit all the appropriate documentation to customs officials as soon as you dock. These will include a list of your supply stores, a crew manifest, departure permissions from your last port of call, and your boat's registration. If you've hired a crewed charter yacht, they'll take care of all of this for you. After customs has officially welcomed you to Jamaica, you'll then be free to sail to Runaway Bay.

Although located on the coast, there is no marina in Runaway Bay, and while you may be able to find a dock and pay for anchorage, your safest bet would be to pay for slip at a marina like the Glistening Waters Marina in Falmouth or the Sunset Jamaica Grande Hotel Marina in Ocho Rios.
