You can walk the course, or take a golf cart. It's up to you. It's not a terribly long course, but if you're going to play the nine holes twice, it might not be a bad idea. The course is kept up in good shape, and would make for a nice round, especially if you're already in the San Juan area.
The complex is open everyday from 6am to 6pm. This course has made itself an established spot to tee off, founded in 1949. It has been given a course rating of 34.4, and its 9 holes stretch out a total of 6300 yards. Also note that there's a golf professional, Jerry Hesby, handy who can help beginners perfect their skills or offer more advanced instruction for well-versed golfers.
The course is a delightful patch of green in an otherwise heavily developed area. The fairways are wide and are all lined by tropical trees. The greens are level, moderately bunkered, and are on the small side, making them difficult to hit at times. A lone water hazard will come into play on a hole or two.
