Nearing 80-years-of-age, Captain Campos has nearly 60 years of experience fishing the waters near San Juan along with numerous awards and accolades to prove it. If you want to fish with the best, there is no doubt that you should choose Puerto Rico Fishing.

Puerto Rico Fishing

Puerto Rico Fishing offers four, six, and eight hour tours that include your fishing license, tackle, bait, water, soft drinks and an ice chest. Their bilingual captains, mates and guides are dedicated to get you fishing with their expertise and knowledge about the species targeted on their fishing trips. They are by no means newcomers. They have spent countless days learning about the sought-for fish, migratory patterns, ocean and tidal currents, and even moon phases. They put bait in the water approximately 25 minutes after leaving the dock. The depth within a half a mile from shore, El Morro Fortress, drops to over 100 fathoms where hook ups are common for all offshore species such as marlins, tunas, dorados (mahi), wahoos and others. The bay species are caught in the subtle bay, and the bait is caught with nets. The use of live bait and spinning tackle in this fishery is the most fruitful, providing rewarding catches.

What to Expect

There are several boats in the Puerto Rico Fishing's fleet including a 38 foot Hatteras Sportfisherman, a 24 foot Bimini Top, and a 19 foot Carolina Skiff.
