Diving in the Dominican Republic is very diverse thanks to the fact that the coast line touches both the calm Caribbean Sea, and the sometimes rough and rugged Atlantic Ocean. Tourists staying in Santo Domingo can take advantage of this and make plans to dive in each body of water in order to compare the differences. Wrecks, reefs, walls, and caves are all within each reach.
