El Faro Museum is a small museum that also houses the lighthouse in Santo Domingo. The site is dedicate to Christopher Columbus and is once of the locations that claim to have his bones. In addition, the small museum offers a variety of exhibits honoring Christopher Columbus and various other international figures.
The impressive building is plenty fun to look at, but the tour guides here also make it an interesting experience. The guides will lead you through the exhibits and tell you the role influential people had in the Caribbean and in the Dominican Republic.
