Owner Lee Halley is a prominent St. Maarten fisherman, and supplies his grill with some of the freshest seafood out there. The grilled mahi mahi, fresh lobsters and ribs are most popular, along with cold tropical cocktails.

Lee's Roadside Grill is a bar and grill where they proudly serve their take on Caribbean cuisine. The style of dining and service here is considered very casual. Diners are welcome to come by to enjoy both dinner and lunch, so give it a try.

Lee's has a undeniable laid-back atmosphere, and locals come here to dance the night away and unwind while sipping on drinks from the fully stocked bar. Overall, the restaurant and bar is known to be a relaxed and comfortable place to chill. However, Lee's is not all party, their food is also top-notch, and they have forty-seven tables for diners to enjoy their meal.
