The Stone is a unique establishment in Simpson Bay which was born from the dream of a motivated chef who took matters into his own hands and opened his own restaurant after years working as a cook on a yacht. The Stone was named for the favored preparation method at this spot, in which the chef brings out a heated volcanic stone out to your table to prepare you food right in front of you. The seafood and beef filets are hand selected ensuring that nothing but the best lands on your plate.

Meals at The Stone come from one of two menus: either the Light Menu or the Grand Menu. The Light Menu contains smaller and cheaper entrees, costing between $12 and $25(USD) each. Items on the Grand Menu are priced between $30 and $45(USD) each. The prices from either menu do not include gratuity, and when your party has five or more members, gratuity will automatically be set at 15% of the total bill.

The Stone is open from 5:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. nightly for dinner.
