Many people visit Spanish Town in order to check out iconic attraction The Baths, but there is more to be done here. Diving, for example, is an extremely popular sport. You can sign up for dive training if you haven't done any diving previously, and enjoy a few hours learning the ropes before embarking on a shore dive, and perhaps an open water dive if you're lucky.
There are at least 6 different dive sites and a variety of dive shops in the area.
