Situated in the Atlantic Ocean, Barbados is unique amongst most of the other islands in the Caribbean because it was built entirely from coral rather than volcanic activity. Because coral is one of the main attractions that divers seek out, you can imagine the plentiful sites that exist just off the coast of Speightstown. If you're a certified diver, or able to become one during your stay, there is much to see below the surface of the ocean.
