Vie's Snack Shack

Don't overlook Vie's Snack Shack just because it's a little shack by the side of the road. In fact, it is somewhat of a landmark on the island, and known for some of the best Caribbean cooking around. It isn't uncommon for her to begin to run out of items in the early afternoon, so stop by early if you have a particular menu item in mind.

The garlic chicken legs is the most talked about menu item and runs out on almost a daily basis. Vie knows what she's good at and keeps her menu short. You'll find the following items available daily as long as supplies last: garlic chicken and a johnny cake drizzled with honey, island style beans and rice with meat sauce, scrumptious conch fritters, hot dogs, local homemade pineapple or coconut tarts, homemade iced tea, sodas, beers, and water.

Vie also allows her guest access to the private beach directly in front of Vie's Snack Shack for a small fee of $2.50 per person. There are beach chairs provided on a first come first served basis.

Vie's Snack Shack is a popular snackbar that happens to specialize in Caribbean cuisine. The style of dining and service here is considered very casual. This location serves food for both dinner and lunch, so why not stop by?
