Dieppe Bay is one of the more touristy beaches on the island. Although an offshore reef protects the bay from very strong currents, its locations allows a few to get through, making it a great spot for snorkeling and windsurfing, but not so much for swimming.
Located in the northern outskirts of Dieppe Bay Town, Dieppe Bay is on the North West coast of St. Kitts. You might want even if you aren't staying nearby.
Dieppe Bay is remarkable in that it features black sands and stunningly deep, dark blue waters. Visitors are warned to be wary of the poisonous Manchineel trees, which are especially troubling when it rains.
Unfortunately, you won't find any public restrooms along this coastline.
Visitors will find this beach on the North West coast of St. Kitts; the area is home to other attractions such as, which is pretty close, so some will want to take a cab, while others will find it a nice walk.
If you want to combine a cultural experience with your visit to the beach, you should plan a trip to National Museum. This museum is located ten and a half miles away, so it would be an easy side trip to take after some time in the sun.

Dieppe Bay is in thearea, so a trip into the city is a definite option. The closest town to Dieppe Bay is Dieppe Bay Town, which is certainly not a bustling region, but it will be a pleasant day trip for those looking to check out the local scene. From the beach, Dieppe Bay Town is a fairly short distance away, roughly a few hundred yards (a quarter kilometer).
The number of other people sharing spots in the sand can vary widely, depending on everything from the time of day to how many of the nearby hotel rooms have been booked. There aren't many major hotels in the immediate vicinity, but you may meet guests staying at some of the smaller accommodations in the area.

St. Kitts has many nice beaches, so if Dieppe Bay doesn't sound like your type of scene, you have options.

Of course, St. Kitts has hundreds of natural wonders to discover, but visiting Dieppe Bay or the other beautiful beaches in the area can make your time on St. Kitts even more memorable.
