Fine fare is a serious subject for the Anse Chastanet Resort. The resort offers two open-air tree house-style eateries that provide guests with stunning views of the sea and mountainside while serving delicious meals. The dinner menus are rotated on a daily basis, so you will always find something new to sample. Breakfast is served daily.
Vegetarians will be delighted by Emerald's, the meat-free restaurant that cooks up tempting dishes that boast the organic produce grown on the resort's own farm. Dish selections include goat cheese fondant, apple curry, smoked paprika and plantain satay. Dinner is served daily with the exception of Tuesdays.
At the Trou au Diable Restaurant, guests will dine directly on the resort beach for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The menu selection ranges greatly, offering a variety of appetizers, salads, sandwiches, and hamburgers, as well as many Caribbean and Creole specialties. Tuesday evenings are a special night at the Trou au Diable, with a cocktail reception and unique Caribbean dining in a festive atmosphere. Those with a taste for Indian fare will enjoy their Indian-themed menu, which is served on every night besides Tuesdays.
Guests seeking a casual lunch will enjoy a quick bite at the hillside Piton lounge. The beach bar serves a light grilled meals on evenings with the exception of Tuesdays. Additionally, the Jungle Beach Bar & Grill concocts breakfast and lunch dishes, and is a favorite among guests.
