Positioned on the southwestern side of the island of Saint Lucia, You should consider dropping by even if you aren't staying particularly close by. Though planning a vacation means you'll make lots of choices, choosing a beach that suits your family could be one of the most important. St. Lucia is full of fun options, like Jalouise.

How to Access The Beach

Amenities and Ambiance

This crescent-shaped little beach used to be one of the island's black sand beaches until it was covered with powdery white sands. The real draw, though, is its arrestingly beautiful location in between some thoroughly impressive, world-famous pitons. The views are spectacular and the atmosphere is relaxed.

Unfortunately, public restrooms aren't available, but you may be able to find facilities at a nearby business. Fortunately, lounging chairs will be available for visitors hoping for relief from the sultry island sun Happily, the off-shore waters are of good snorkeling quality, so grab some equipment if you've been hoping to get in some underwater exploration.

Even so, please keep in mind that even though there are luckily some conveniences on location if you go to Jalouise, it will be found in an area that sees many visitors. Taking that into consideration, if you feel that the amenities are a deciding factor, it'll likely be a smart motivator to make it there in the morning well before the crowds do or perhaps try a beach away from the major areas. If you do not, you may not take advantage of all the amenities that Jalouise has on site.
