This beautiful beach can only be reached one of two ways -- either through the Jalousie Hilton Resort, or by boat. Those not staying at the resort are still welcomed, however. Once you arrive on these shores you'll be able to enjoy fantastic watersports like snorkeling, diving, and kayaking.

How to Access The Beach
The beach is a few miles south of Soufriere on the southwestern coast. From Soufriere, take Baron Dr south until you reach the end. Take a right and you'll be led to the Jalousie Hilton on the beach. Many people access the beach by boat.

Amenities and Ambiance

This crescent-shaped little beach used to be one of the island's black sand beaches until it was covered with powdery white sands. The real draw, though, is its arrestingly beautiful location in between some thoroughly impressive, world-famous pitons. The views are spectacular and the atmosphere is relaxed.

Please note that public restrooms are not available, but you may be able to find facilities at a nearby business. Luckily, there are lounge chairs available at this location. You'll find the waters off-shore to be clear and good for snorkeling, so bring along some equipment if you want to see the underwater world.

Jalouise with its availability of comforts happens to be located inside a commonly visited area. Unless you do not mind crowds, there is an appropriate cause to plan your day against other visitors, perhaps coming for a breakfast picnic and cool swim.
