Visitors come from far and wide to sample the Lobster Taster Dinner, which is a seven course meal paired with carefully selected wines and champagnes, as well as sorbets to clear your palate between courses.

The meal includes Lobster and Coconut Soup, Lobster and Plantain Terrine with ripe plantain and Creole melba toast, Lobster on Mango and Avocado, Creole Lobster Risotto, your choice of either Lobster Kebab or Jerk Lobster, and Island Pavlova with Mango and Basil Compote.

Among other things, Palms Restaurant specializes in seafood with Continental twists. Guests celebrating a special occasion or planning a romantic date will love that this restaurant is considered to be of "fine dining" standards. This eatery is open for dinner only, so don't be shy about checking them out during their limited operating hours.

Ambiance

Palms Restaurant is a contemporary open-aired dining room with wooden fixtures and stone tiled floors that give it an elegant feel. Touches like tropical plants bring the island life inside. Local artist Llewellyn Xavier is featured on every wall, with this shadow box pieces on display.

Location

This restaurant is on the premises of The Landings St Lucia, which is located on the northern edge of the island of Saint Lucia, 0.6 miles north-northwest of Gros Islet; it is a mile and a half (two kilometers) to the north-northwest of Rodney Bay.

Guests seeking to merge their visit to the restaurant with some pleasant sightseeing possibilities may enjoy visiting Enbas Saut Falls. Do note, however, that if you're planning to visit, using the taxi service or having a rental car may be necessary, as it's 17 miles to the south.

The area has its perks, like St. Lucia Golf and Country Club and Reduit Beach. The latter of the two is the closest place to enjoy the beach, and lives just a short distance from the restaurant.
