Jade Mountain Club

Jade Mountain Club can be found on the island of Saint Lucia, 1.3 miles northwest of downtown Soufriere; it is a mile and a half (two and a half kilometers) to the west-northwest of Soufrière. Make the trip here to this restaurant in Soufrière if you're a fan of Caribbean cuisine, but particularly health food.

Kai Manje

Ti Kaye | (758) 456-8101

Maps

Kai Manje is on the premises of Ti Kaye Village, and is a viable choice for people who are going to check out this neighborhood. If you're wondering, Anse La Raye is approximately a mile and a half (approximately two and a half kilometers) to the northeast. The atmosphere here is decidedly formal, so those who enjoy both an upscale environment and Fusion style meals will consider the trip worth it.

What most people love about Kai Manje is that fresh is best here. They use local, fresh products as often as possible, and even produce many of the herbs and spices used to flavor the food that are plucked from the on-site garden.

Set in Muirton, near the heart of Rodney Bay, Spices Restaurant is on the same premises as Bay Gardens Hotel, and is a logical selection for travelers visiting this neighborhood. Beautiful seafood and Fusion fare play nicely together at this informal restaurant.

There are a la carte lunch and dinner menus available but there is also a three-course, prix fix Farm to Table menu featuring island dishes.

Some of the entrees on the prix fix menu are herb and pumpkin seed crusted snapper tower, fisherman's tea, bean ratatouille, down town style pepper pot, citrus chicken and bay garden big spiced burger. There is a vegetarian entree option with wild mushroom and green pea pesto.
