Petites Cayes is a beautiful, unspoiled patch of terrain on St. Martin. There is nothing on this beach except clean, white sand and endless blue sea.
Situated in the northeastern part of Saint Martin, Petites Cayes is on the South East coast of the island of St. Martin and Sint Maarten. You might want whether or not you are staying in the vicinity. Even though you won't find a bustling urban center here, many visitors find this destination worthwhile since it's removed from certain noisier areas.
This is a very secluded beach and can only be accessed by a nice, long hike or a boat trip. If you choose to hike, you'll enjoy a long trek along the coastline, from Rue de Grande Cayes.
If isolation is what you seek, this is the beach for you. Beautiful Caribbean greenery flanks a thin, empty shoreline. There are great hiking trails here to enjoy.

The island of St. Martin and Sint Maarten has many nice beaches, so Petites Cayes is just one of your options.
You might also enjoy Anse Marcel, situated only a short distance away. However, if that's not exactly what you're looking for, Grandes Cayes could provide a few more possibilities for excitement, and is closer to additional things to do and see nearby. It's found three quarters of a mile to the south-southeast.
You may also want to consider Baie Lucas Beach, located reasonably close-by, meaning a quick ride in a taxi can take you where you want to go.
St. Martin has a lot to offer its visitors, but taking a swim at Petites Cayes is certainly a fun way to enjoy the area's natural attractions.
