Mario's offers a variety of dishes inspired by classic French cuisine, though updated with the modern techniques and ingredients found in contemporary cuisine. As such, you can expect to find plenty of tender steaks, fresh grilled fish, and a number of delicate pasta dishes, all prepared by the expert chefs in the kitchen.

Situated 1.6 miles east-northeast of Marigot, Hidden Forest Cafe is on the same premises as Loterie Farm Nature Reserve. It is 1.6 miles south of Grand-Case. Hoping to indulge a bit on sandwiches during your stay? If this describes your cravings, you may as well make this place the one thing you both agree on.

The cafe seeks to keep and all natural menu, and diners looking to eat here should expect a menu heavy on the vegetables and low on the trans-fat and frying oil. They do serve meat though, mainly chicken and fish, and always with fresh and local vegetables like sweet potatoes and spinach, as well as fruits including mango and raisins. Some of their signature dishes include Spinach Chicken Curry, Duck breast, and of course a real Saint Martin delicacy, Accras for starters. The salads are all a meal in themselves and quite fabulous.

Le Cadre is found within Griselle, near the center of Orient Bay. With a following of food lovers, this destination isn't known simply for its contemporary cooking and their signature staple of pasta, but wouldn't you know they're also known for sandwiches.

This bistro-style restaurant is cozy, friendly, and just a little quirky as well.
