Hidden Forest Cafe

Hidden Forest Cafe, which is part of Loterie Farm Nature Reserve, is found close to Marigot; it is a mile and a half (two and a half kilometers) to the south of Grand-Case. You'd be lucky to find yourself in this popular pick when you just can't help your cravings for sandwiches.

The cafe seeks to keep and all natural menu, and diners looking to eat here should expect a menu heavy on the vegetables and low on the trans-fat and frying oil. They do serve meat though, mainly chicken and fish, and always with fresh and local vegetables like sweet potatoes and spinach, as well as fruits including mango and raisins. Some of their signature dishes include Spinach Chicken Curry, Duck breast, and of course a real Saint Martin delicacy, Accras for starters. The salads are all a meal in themselves and quite fabulous.
