Le Santal is found on the northeastern side of Sandy Ground, a neighborhood in Saint Martin; a mile (a kilometer and a half) to the south west of Marigot. Lovely, mild seafood and Fusion style eats make for an exciting meal at this much-loved formal dining option.

While the base cuisine at Le Santal is French, it will be hard to recognize some of the dishes that that inspired the unique entrees at Le Santal. Using the culinary technique of fusion, Le Santal takes French cuisine to a new level by mixing it with international traditions and ingredients, forming something new every time.

Le Calypso

Le Calypso is located near the center of Anse Marcel, a village in Saint Martin; 1.5 miles to the northeast of Grand-Case. Tourists that are compelled to eat pizza will especially love dining here during a visit to Anse Marcel.

Known for its delicious pizza, Le Calypso's menu is a melting pot of Italian, French, Creole, and American cuisine.

Krystal is located at Hotel Riu Palace, and is a smart choice worth considering if you're thinking about exploring this village or the surrounding area. If you're curious, Grand-Case is a mile and a half (two and a half kilometers) to the south west. At this restaurant standards and expectations are high, so diners who enjoy both an upscale environment and Fusion prepared meals will want to check it out.

L'Endroit is located near the middle of Grand-Case. Considered an informal dining option, it's like a mecca for hungry, intrigued travelers touring the town.
