Santal

Santal is on Rue Lady Fish. In case you're wondering, Marigot is a mile (a kilometer and a half) to the northeast. Salty, fresh seafood and Fusion fare make a nice pair at this popular fine dining establishment. While the base cuisine at Le Santal is French, it will be hard to recognize some of the dishes that that inspired the unique entrees at Le Santal. Using the culinary technique of fusion, Le Santal takes French cuisine to a new level by mixing it with international traditions and ingredients, forming something new every time.

Le Calypso

Le Calypso, on the premises of Port Lonvilliers, is located near the center of Anse Marcel, a village in Saint Martin; a mile and a half (two and a half kilometers) to the northeast of Grand-Case. Head on over to Anse Marcel if you're a fan of Fusion cuisine, but particularly pizza. Known for its delicious pizza, Le Calypso's menu is a melting pot of Italian, French, Creole, and American cuisine.

L'Endroit

Set near the heart of Grand-Case, L'Endroit is a viable option for travelers thinking about staying near this town and areas nearby. Because this is an informal place to have a meal, it's nice when you're not in the mood to get dolled up.

Oftentimes, the best kitchens, cafes, and dining rooms in St. Martin are the ones you didn't think you'd ever wander into as you're out doing activities and seeing attractions.
