Orange Fever

Orange Fever, part of Orient Beach, can be found in Griselle, in the heart of Orient Bay. With a following of food lovers, this destination isn't known simply for its International delights and particularly pizza, but we shouldn't forget they're also dubbed a hotspot for salads.

Orange Fever is an open air establishment right on the beach. You can dine on the wooden terrace at the picnic tables, or relax in an orange lounge chair and sip on a beverage. There is no dress code, even bathing suit clad guests are welcome, so it's one of the most laid back spots you'll encounter in St. Martin.

Kakao Beach

Located near the center of Orient Bay, Kakao Beach is a part of Hotel La Plantation, and is a logical choice that's worth considering if you're going to spend some time exploring this neighborhood or the surrounding area. Pleasantly surprising, this dining destination is not just International delights and particularly pizza, but wouldn't you know they're also dubbed a hotspot for sandwiches.

Light is in at Kakao Beach restaurant, at least in regards to its menu. While heavier selections like burgers and pizza appear on the menu for the younger crowd, it is the lighter fare that appeals to the adults. The salads are scrumptious and the fish and other seafood are delicious and filling without weighing you down. If you aren't in the market for a full meal, then take advantage of their drink menu and select a few appetizers like the calamari or the local favorite accras.

Waikiki

Waikiki is found within Griselle, near the middle of Orient Bay. Pleasantly surprising, this dining destination is not just International themed dishes and of course chicken, but wouldn't you know they're also known for putting out great seafood.

The menu at Waikiki is varied, indeed, with everything from seafood to prime rib available for a main course. There are also several sections of the menu dedicated to snackers, and if you're going to be dining with a large group you can order a family meal 24 hours in advance. Options include a whole roasted organic chicken with sides, a kosher whole roasted chicken with sides, lamb shoulder with sides, and milk bread stuffed with whole tenderloin.

La Flibuste

La Flibuste, which is part of Marina Port Royal, is found outside the center of Marigot. When you'd rather not get all dressed up before eating flavorful International food, choose this restaurant which is a very casual establishment.

The Bridge

The Bridge is situated in Sandy Ground, in the southwestern outskirts of Marigot. Though one might say the overall focus is International food, this visitor favorite is known for its family fare and seafood.

The Grill has a menu that will please everyone, filled with both local favorites and International grill items.
