Twisted Cork Cafe is located in Frenchtown, a neighborhood on St. Thomas; about a mile (approximately a kilometer and a half) to the west of Charlotte Amalie. When it comes to specialty food with eclectic flair, this local spot will recommend their best: seafood and tapas. <p>Utilizing local produce -- even some plucked fresh from the on-site garden -- and seafood, this spot also bakes all of its breads and desserts daily.</p>

Fabulously fresh fish and eclectic flair come together for some great dishes at this well-liked place. <p>Breakfast at Lobster Grille ranges from the heavy bananas foster pancakes to a lighter fruit and muffin. The lunch menu is also full of lite offerings like salads and sandwiches, but for dinner the restaurant goes all out. Try one of many lobster dishes, pasta, or a juicy steak.</p>
