Castara Bay

Castara Bay is a quite little beach untouched by human hands. It is popular amongst local fishermen, and tourists can often be seen standing agape as they watch the men pull in their nets of fish. The waters of calm, making it a favorite for snorkeling.


Castara Bay is situated on the northern side of the island of Tobago, close to Castara; it is 6.9 miles to the north-northeast of Scarborough.

Active travelers that are a fan of bays, and are interested in visiting others, should consider going to Gordon Bay and Englishman's Bay; the first is 1.7 miles to the south west of this bay.
