Located on the northern outskirts of Black Rock, Pavilion Restaurant is located at Villas At Stonehaven. Residents and guests making a trip to Mt. Irvine Bay might also consider eating here, as the restaurant is a mile and a half (two and a half kilometers) to the northeast of town.
