A long, sweeping crescent shaped beach that's very popular with boaters, you'll enjoy taking walks down to the rocky edges of the beach in the warm Caribbean sun.
Located on Cooper Island, Manchioneel Bay is on the North West coast of the island, You should consider dropping by whether or not you are staying particularly close by. The Virgin Islands' beaches are hardly known for being secluded, however, Manchioneel Bay is tamer than most, which makes it an excellent attraction for those of you who'd prefer to stay out of the busiest areas.
Unless you're already on Cooper Island, you'll have to charter a boat to get there.

Unfortunately, you won't find any public restrooms along this coastline, so those of you traveling with small children may want to consider another spot. Fortunately, the water here is fit for snorkeling, so bring along some gear if you're looking to see some exciting marine life.
Visitors will find this beach on the North West coast of Cooper Island. It is near some interesting sites like VI Maritime Museum, which is situated five miles away, and it is one of the favorite destinations in the area.

Manchioneel Bay is very close to Spanish Town, so touring the city could be a fun side-trip after visiting the beach. Not far away you'll find Spanish Town, a city which is an interesting area that brings together the quietude of the Caribbean and the urbanization of city life. From the beach, Spanish Town is found maybe seven miles (11 kilometers) away.
The crowdedness of the shoreline can vary widely, depending on everything from the time the sun sets to how full nearby hotel rooms are. The area is not home to many major hotels, but you may see visitors from the few small lodgings in the area.

Don't worry if your stomach starts rumbling while sunbathing at Manchioneel Bay; you'll have plenty of places to dine, without having to go too far. Cooper Island Beach Club Restaurant is one of the closest eateries. This restaurant offers a menu of Caribbean food. They are also known for their seafood and steak. You could take a cab or probably walk to this restaurant since it's just a little ways away.
