Things to See and Do While Staying at Maracas Bay

Even though you may not find a ton of recreational possibilities on-site at Maracas Bay, that shouldn't imply there aren't plenty of other exciting things to do and see when you visit Trinidad and Tobago.

This hotel is located on the water, so their lack of a swimming pool isn't a problem for most guests who can quickly walk to the beach for a refreshing swim. Many tourists would rather visit the closest shore even when a pool may be located on site.

Golf

Although Maracas Bay doesn't have a golf course on the property, the on-site staff may be able to assist you in scheduling a tee time nearby. The area's golf courses are Chaguaramas Golf Club, St. Andrews Golf Club, and Millennium Lakes Golf & Country Club. The lot of them are within 12 and a half miles and the most nearby of the group, St. Andrews Golf Club, is easily within cab distance, so hail one and get a ride there for a great golfing experience. The course has a total of 18 holes. It is 6809 yards long, and has been rated as a par 72. If you'd like more information or want to inquire about the possibility of reserving a tee time, you can reach the course at (868) 629-0066 ext. 26.

Entertainment and Nightlife

If you can't go without an active nightlife scene and unlimited live entertainment, this property should not be your first choice. The hotel can be pretty quiet after dark.

There is a bar on-site, but your on-site choices are limited when it comes to nightlife.

Finally, with regard to other hotels that might have entertainment offerings, don't expect to find other accommodations in the surrounding area with significant action after dark.
