The Banana Tree Grille cooks to order dozens of tasty and juicy entrees. These include Angus Beef from New Zealand, veal, mahi-mahi, roasted chicken, and many other traditional dishes. As you can see, just because this is a steakhouse does not mean it can only cook steaks. With as many seafood options as beef, their selections such as orange ginger ahi-tuna and crab imperial stuffed grouper are some of the local favorites.

After dinner, do not forget to try their famous Key Lime Pie or a glass of dessert wine.

Expect a peaceful ambiance, where dining takes place out on a covered patio at tables with upscale patio furniture. Because the restaurant edges the beach, the view is of the sand and sea, lined with blue beach chairs and coconut palms.

Located 2.0 miles northwest of downtown Christiansted, Palms at Pelican Cove is at 4126 La Grande Princesse. In case you're wondering, Christiansted is two miles (three and a half kilometers) to the east-southeast. After a long day on the beach, stop by for a glass of their famous sangria, a cold beer, or the wine of the month while you peruse the grab'n'go dinners.

Entrees change daily, and some favorites include fusilli pasta with wild mushrooms and truffle cream sauce, roasted chicken, lobster mac'n'cheese, baby back ribs, turkey pot pies and several varieties of freshly made ravioli that you can take back to your villa with a bottle of wine (best prices on the island!).
