Havana Blue

Bellevue, St. Thomas | (340) 715-2583

Havana Blue is a popular choice worth considering if you are going to explore this neighborhood. In case you're wondering, Charlotte Amalie is a mile and a half (two and a half kilometers) to the north-northwest. Though they're broadly known for Fusion culinary creations, this visitor favorite likes to suggest its seafood and tapas.

The restaurant features an assortment of items that fall into either the aperitivos (tapas) or entree menu. Both have mostly seafood items, such as Miso Sea Bass and El Tigre Tempura, but they do offer chicken, steak, and vegetarian options. Pair your meal with a glass, or two, of wine from Havana Blue's signature and expansive wine list, or you can finish your dinner with a tasty cocktail and beautiful sunset view.

Reservations are not required, but are highly recommended to guarantee seating.

Starlite Grille

East End, St. Croix | (877) 773-9700

Starlite Grille, which is on the premises of Divi Carina Bay Resort & Casino, is situated in the vicinity of Cotton Valley; it is 6.4 miles to the east of Christiansted. For those visitors looking out for great Fusion cooking in a relaxed atmosphere, this casual, breezy restaurant is a pretty good choice.

The Rok Dinner Menu offers healthy meals coked on a sizzling lava rock. They call their style "stone-aged cooking with a modern flare."
