Amenities and Ambiance

Media Luna means Half Moon, which is fitting considering the shore takes the shape of a crescent. The shores are covered in soft white sand, comprised mainly of powdered coral from the outlying reef. Media Luna's waters, aside from being a beautiful shade of turquoise, are shallow enough to walk out for about 40 feet, and feature virtually no waves.

Travelers can take advantage of the available picnic tables, which are perfect for setting up your carry-out food, or just lounging under the sun.

Media Luna Beach does have public restrooms for your convenience.
