Brechers Bay

Breachers Bay, located on the eastern half of Virgin Gorda, offers a quiet beach area surrounded by private villas. The thin strip of golden sand meets with the moderate waters from the bay. Access is primarily limited to boats, as private property sits farther inland.

Situated in Oil Nut Bay, 2.0 miles east of Leverick Bay, Brechers Bay is on the East edge of Virgin Gorda. You might want even if you aren't staying very close. Brechers Bay is one beach that is not terribly crowded, even though it's central to many of the area's urban amenities.

Located on a largely private portion of the island, the beach at Brechers Bay is fairly quiet, featuring soft sand and a beautiful panoramic view of the island's dramatic hills. The water itself can get fairly excitable, so be sure to pick the right tiem of day to swim.

Keep in mind that restrooms won't be found on-site, so if you're visiting with small children you might want to consider a different location.
