The Bitter End Yacht Club is a full service, family-friendly resort near the British Virgin Island of Virgin Gorda.  The resort is truly a retreat, only accessible by boat.  Fortunately, there are two ferry services that offer daily transportation between the Bitter End Yacht Club and nearby islands. Gun Creek Ferry is one such ferry.

The Gun Creek Ferry, also known as the Bitter End Ferry, provides free transportation for guests of the Bitter End Yacht Club from Gun Creek on a regular basis.  The ferry ride lasts approximately five minutes and allows guests the opportunity to explore the area nearby.

From Gun Creek, which is on Virgin Gorda, you can take a taxi into Spanish Town or to the Baths, or sign up for a number of guided tours of the area.  The Bitter End Yacht Club is happy to arrange any of these excursions for you.

The Gun Creek Ferry leaves Gun Creek and sails to Bitter End almost every half hour beginning each morning at 6:30 a.m. And ends its daily run at 10:30 pm.  From Bitter End to Gun Creek the ferry leaves every half hour from 7:00 a.m. To 11:00 p.m., except for 10:00 a.m., 1:00 p.m., and 8:00 p.m.  Occasionally, the ferry will make an additional run at midnight, but that is at the discretion of the captain and must be arranged in advance.

For further details, you can contact Gun Creek Ferry at  284-494-2746.

One of the perks of being a guest at the Bitter End Yacht Club is transportation aboard this free ferry.  If you plan to stay at this resort, you'd be wise to take advantage of the ferry and have fun exploring the nearby areas.
