Located on Prickly Pear Island, Vixen Point is a great spot for many of the more popular beach time activities like beach combing, snorkeling, and swimming. Vixen is the most popular beach on the island, and can be very crowded when a cruise ship is nearby.
Situated on Prickly Pear Island, 1.1 miles east-northeast of Leverick Bay, Vixen Point is on the South coast of the island, You might want even if you aren't staying particularly close by. Vacationers who want their beach to have a little bit of everything——a hint of seclusion, with a somewhat social scene—— might enjoy stopping by Vixen Point for a few hours. It's not the type of beach that gets packed every day, but it's not dead and empty either.

Surrounding Vixen Point, guests will find a well-equipped anchorage, as well as a bar and restaurant. Vixen Point is very close to Spanish Town, so a trip into the city is a definite option. Nearby, you'll find the city of Spanish Town, which is noted for its balance between seclusion and urbanization. From the coast, Spanish Town is found maybe five and a half miles (nine kilometers) away.

Visitors who are looking for the ideal beach on Prickly Pear Island will have lots of options besides Vixen Point.
Another location you might enjoy is Leverick Bay, located a mile to the west-southwest. But, if you're interested in a more active beach, you might find that Angilla Point is just right. It's found two miles to the west.
You may also enjoy Brechers Bay, located one and a quarter miles away.
Of course, there is much more to do besides lounge on the sand in the Virgin Islands, but a trip to Vixen Point could end up a family favorite.
