Cost and Offerings

From shore dives to boat dives, night dives to nitrox dives, Caribbean Sea Sports does it all. They even offer daily instruction, beginning with Discover Scuba, progressing to PADI Scuba Diver and PADI Open Water, and even on to PADI Adventure Diver, PADI Advanced Open Water, PADI Rescue Diver, and PADI Master Diver.

The following prices are for Sea Sports PADI Dive Courses:

PADI Discover Scuba Dive: $100(USD).

PADI Open Water Course: $510(USD).

PADI Private Open Water Course: $990(USD).

PADI Advanced Open Water Course: $390(USD).

PADI Rescue Diver Course: $475(USD).

PADI Dive Master Course: $810(USD).

A two tank morning dive, plus unlimited shore diving is $105, while a one tank afternoon dive is $59(USD). Night dives are just $57, and if you're considering just trying out snorkeling, you'll pay $41.50(USD). Sea Sport also offers guided shore dives for between $48 and $57(USD), and dive packages for between $300 for three days and six tanks and $647.50(USD) for seven days and 14 tanks. If you want to strike out on your own but need the equipment, you can rent a complete dive set for $39(USD).

What to Expect

There are two boats in the Sea Sport fleet, including the Explorador, a 42 foot PRO custom dive boat with two 300 horsepower Kodiak jet engines and no propellers that seats up to 20 divers. The Freedom is their other pride and joy, another 42 foot PRO custom built boat that is powered this time by twin 315 horsepower Yanmar diesel engines, making it the fastest boat on the island. This boat can hold up to 22 divers.
