Fort Nassau was built in 1797 and helped successfully defend the island from the British. It was decommissioned quite some time ago and since 1959 has served as a restaurant. While this does remove a bit of historic authenticity, it does mean the fort has been maintained. On top of that, like many forts, the view is fantastic.
