Set in Xpu Ha, Playa X-Puha is on the East coast of Mexico. You should consider dropping by regardless of whether you are staying nearby. If you're looking for a beach with a little bit of everything, you may prefer one that is a little off the beaten path, but still has all the major conveniences; Playa X-Puha, a somehwat secluded part of the coast, has these qualities.
Playa X-Puha is located off Federal Route 307 at Km 265.
The beach of Playa X-Puha stretches back into the coast forming a square shape of blindingly white sand. A large portion of the beach is overtaken by the Playa X-Puha Restaurant and Beach Club.
Unfortunately, you won't find any public restrooms along this coastline, but you may be able to find facilities at a nearby business.
Don't forget that Playa X-Puha's immediate surroundings are a bustling area, so show up early.
Playa X-Puha is beautiful natural site, which you'll find on the East coast of Mexico. Nearby you'll find accommodations like Al Cielo Hotel, which can be found a few hundred yards away, making it perhaps the most conveniently located place to stay near Playa X-Puha, despite the fact that there aren't many additional attractions in the region.
Cities near Playa X-Puha include Akumal, which isn't a congested area, and it can be an interesting destination for visitors wishing to get a better feel for the area.
The crowdedness of the shoreline can vary widely, it depends on many factors: the time of sundown, happy hour, even how packed the nearby hotels are. There aren't many large hotels nearby, but it's sometimes enjoyed by visitors staying at smaller accommodations in the area.

Of course, you'll find plenty of other beaches in Mexico, so Playa X-Puha is not your only option.
Another option worth considering is Half Moon Bay Beach, which is located not too far away, which means a short cab ride can take you where you want to go.
Maybe Playa X-Puha is a perfect spot for you to kick back, and at the same time perhaps not the the ideal fit; in which case there are other beaches (and other outdoor attractions) worth trying.
