Amenities and Ambiance

The powder-like sands of Playa Norte offer visitors a comfortable ground upon which to rest, enjoy a picnic, or spend the day sunbathing. The palm trees and thatch umbrellas provide shade when reprieve from the sun is needed, and the cool aquamarine waters are great for swimming even amongst those without much experience in the ocean.

There is also a concession stand available. Sometimes, visitors will be able to purchase food from one of the mobile vendors who operate at or near this spot.

Unfortunately, restrooms will not be available here, which is something to consider if you plan to spend a full day in the sun. There are three hotel properties situated right on the beach, so hotel patrons often frequent these shores.

Playa Norte offers visitors a quiet and relaxing retreat, especially since the surrounding area is away from most urbanization.
